Hermoso hotel, justo al costado del Monte Fuji,. Increíble experiencia súper recomendable.
Al ser un hotel 4 estrellas uno esperaría q la gente del hotel hablé inglés, la comunicación fue complicada.

What was the highlight of Hotel Mt. Fuji
Very Good
The location and views were priceless. Fuji-san is absolutely stunning and the lake was lovely and quiet The staff were very polite and helpful and helped us organise a bus to Tokyo. The shuttle is a great idea too as the walk up to the hotel is quite a climb.
The room was very dated and tired with wallpaper peeling in places and in need of a refresh. It's condition is part of its charm but it would definitely benefit from an update. The bathroom was very small with yellow and even black patches in the grout and sealant. There was a child's sticker stuck to the shower head which suggested it hadn't been cleaned. There is an army base nearby and the sound of artillery fire resonates around the lake area from early in the morning and continues all day. Though this is not the hotel's fault and cannot be controlled it would be good to inform guests ahead of time.

The location could not be better. Amazing views from here. Amazing, helpful staff. Decent size rooms. Very clean. Beautiful grounds to admire the views

No repetiría
Las vistas son espectaculares y ambos spas están bastante bien y completos.
- Aunque parezca que hay cosas cerca en Google Maps, el hotel está en la cima de la montaña a 20-30 minutos caminando, si vas cargado no es viable. Dispone de bus, pero para que te recogiera había que llamar y eso como extranjeros no lo podíamos hacer y tardaban bastante en contestar por el chat de Booking. - El mobiliario y el hotel en sí necesita reformas porque está todo bastante viejo y desgastado. - En cuanto a la limpieza, no es que sea la mejor, pero algo que no me gustó nada es que la ducha no tenía rejilla y había una pedazo de cucaracha en el baño que tenía toda la pinta de haber entrado por el sumidero. - Hemos ido a otros Onsen y no podemos evitar comparar. Aquí solo te dan agua; los snacks, helados o refrescos todo era de pago. El restaurante, al menos en la cena, era el japonés o francés todo bajo reserva y bastante caro, no había opción de buffet. Tienen una máquina de "snacks" con fideos instantáneos y poco más, pero no son nada buenos. Hay que prever esto y llevarse algo de comer. - También aparecía que tenían cambio de divisa y luego no era así. En resumen, no lo recomiendo. Miraría algo mas cerca del lago donde puedas pasear, ir a los restaurantes, al súper sin perderte el Monte Fuji.
